Submitter: I don’t know if anyone outside of Illinois will find this as funny as I do. The subtitle is really what did me in. This was written during Blagojevich’s administration, but before he was impeached in 2009. I actually left it on the shelf of my small, rural, public library because we had no other book on this subject. I will look for an updated edition or a more recent book, and replace it.
Holly: I wonder if there’s a Michigan edition? 😉
